The only official SLICOM list of insurance companies that could be retrieved is the 'Insurance Companies registered for 2010' table from the regulator's former site slicom.gov.sl (archived capture; the domain now serves a suspended-account page and the live site slicom.org.sl carries no register). Four rows - Aureol, National Insurance Company, RITCORP and Sierra Leone Insurance Company - are confirmed on that 2010 list; Activa and WAICA Re post-date that list and are neither confirmed nor contradicted by it. Four companies on the 2010 list (International Insurance, Marine and General, Trans-World, Medical and General) were not added because their current licence status cannot be established from a 2010 list.
