Web search results (Manulife and KWI press pages, not reachable through this environment's proxy) indicate Manulife Insurance (Thailand) PCL was acquired by King Wai Group and renamed, now KWI Life Insurance PCL, which is on the register and added below. Not established from a source read here, so recorded as LR; a reviewer who confirms it should change this to AQ with successor "KWI Life Insurance Public Company Limited".
